I think we should plan things better in order to play this "war", we need a strategic and tactical interface plus a storyline and back up the battles with comments like those made in rpgs.
I'm about to post my profile as a pilot right before tie fighter's battle 10 starts. From that point I'll do my best to post what happens every single mission and then the folowing missions I made up to fill my profile and write a storyline from my own point of view. Post your profiles as well and after that is done we'll try to follow xwa default missions and put them togheter to follow a story and then we add the other games following up the stories at the books until we meet the right time for celtic's republic to show up which is I think right before the vong attacks the new republic.
The strategic interface should indicate the planets in the galaxy map and mark the planets in sectors, once you click each planet a display should show the forces , resources and popular support on that particular planet pretty much like in swr. Space stations should be aded to the list since they fill up the space where neither planetary forces nor fleets can be at a particular moment..
Regular trainings off and online should be followed to keep us in good shape at any time. As a final note regular personnel and reserves must be assigned and enlisted so we know what would be everyone's job.
