XWA modders came up with new stuff , check for the dark prophecy mod and the mtd industries site. Also Errant Venture 's newest version works fine to me , hopefully for you too if not already....maybe it's time for a little custom xwa games?

im getting the mods installed over nca because it leaves free slots unlike DSUCP , I'd like to use this ships first for a pre thrawn trilogy campaign ...maybe two sides maybe we just play all as one squadron dunno depends on how many ppl wanna play

Back in the old clanner days I was a high up in another Clan besides FTS and we were developing a very interesting project. It involved specific file modification and general game dynamic manipulation to acheive a multiplayer mission with similar interactive goals as the SP portion but online. We only came up with one mission, it was a multiplayer deathstar I trench run. I have long since lost contact with my development teams but I still have some of the files including the installs for that mission. The only problem is it was designed before the major mods so it will revert the game to nearly stock with one a couple new craft. I'm not sure if anyone ever took that kind of project any further but it is possible to have a real multiplayer sevral sided mission.
